I had this good fancy gaming chair that it's armrest peeled off during usage over the years. I wanted to order some padded armrest covers from aliexpress, But then I remembered that I got a pair of shoes from aliexpress last week that were a bit small for me, So I've used it as an instant fix. Just bought a new house. In the past year I've noticed a few of these cracks in the siding more apparent. Is this an DYI fix or do I need to have someone repaint and reseal everything? My concrete wall has a skim coat. When I run my fingers to it I can see some of it in my skin. I am having problems determining what kind of paint to use.
