Is using LN to move BTC off exchange as a bridge to On-chain cold storage a good idea?

Just noticed on CMC that Bitcoin's supply is up to 19.7 million now. 1.3 million to go over the next ~115 years. That means there is only 6.6% monetary supply inflation left on the bitcoin network...then 0% monetary inflation FOREVER!
