What’s the difference between highlights, notes, and comments? Highlights and notes mark an article for you or the Team, comments discuss shared ones. Can I keep notes private? Notes are private by default and shared only with Highlight for Team or a ticked box. Where can I find shared highlights and notes? Team > Annotations lists every article with a highlight or note shared with the Team. Where do comments appear? Comments sit under a channel-shared article, in Team > Activity and in Notifications.
