What are rules?
A rule acts on new articles that match its conditions, without you opening them.
Where can I create and manage rules?
Rules live in Automate > Rules, with a switch, a run button and a log for each one.
What can trigger a rule?
The When menu offers ten triggers, from a whole account to another rule's matches.
What conditions can rules use?
Fourteen fields, eight match types, And or Or between them, and Whole words only.
What actions can rules perform?
Seventeen actions under Then, from Assign tag to sending articles to a connected service.
Can one rule perform multiple actions?
Add as many actions as you need, and chain a second rule when one step must wait.
Can I test a rule before saving it?
Run rule saves the rule and performs its actions, so try conditions with a test tag first.
Why is my rule not triggering?
Check the switch and the log, then the trigger, the conditions and the action limits.
How many rules are included in Pro plans?
Pro includes 30 rules, switched on or off, and add-ons add 20, 50 or 100 more.
