Can I share Intelligence reports?

Yes. A saved report is private until you share it. Open it and turn on Public link in the ⋯ menu after the share icons in the article's toolbar to get a link anyone can open, email it, export it as PDF or, on a Team plan, send it to a Team channel.

Share a report with a public link

1. Open the report in Saved > Intelligence reports.
2. Click the ⋯ at the right end of the article's toolbar, after the share icons.
3. Turn on Public link, then click Copy link.

The switch publishes the report at its article address and also lets it appear in your output feeds and digests. Turn it off and the report is private again. Picking a share service on a report that isn't public first opens the same switch, with a button to share to that service.

Share a report with your team

Tick Make visible to Team members when you save a report, and it's listed under Intelligence reports in the Team sidebar, where teammates can open it without a public link. Automated reports have the same checkbox in their first step, and team automated reports are listed under Manage Team > Automated reports. Share with Team in the article toolbar, or the S key, sends the report to a Team channel, like any article.

Send a report by email or as a file

A report leaves Inoreader like any article: email it, use Save as PDF, print it or send it to a connected service from the share menu, or select several with bulk actions and use Email articles or Save as PDF. To mail every new report as it's saved, create a rule with the trigger New Intelligence report and the action Send to email, one of the actions rules can perform. An email digest can take your reports as a source under Saved > Reports. Every report carries Articles used: with links to the original articles, so a reader can check the sources. Plans and limits

Intelligence reports come with the Intelligence reports add-on on Pro and Custom plans or a Team Intelligence plan, Team channels and team visibility need a Team plan, and the team's reports list needs Team Intelligence.
