What payment methods are available? Pay by card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay on the web, or through the app stores. How does subscription renewal work? A web plan renews on its billing date at the same amount, shown in Billing and usage. What happens if an auto-renewal payment fails? Inoreader retries twice over a week while your paid features keep working. What happens if I cancel my subscription? Auto-renew stops, your plan runs to its end date, then the account becomes Free. How do I stop a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play? Turn off auto-renew in your Apple or Google account, starting from Manage subscription. Can I increase the limit on a specific feature? Add-ons for feeds, rules, filters and more turn Pro into a Custom plan. Can I get an invoice for my payment? Download receipts from Payment history and get invoices by adding business details. What happens when I upgrade an existing subscription? Your new plan starts right away, with the unused value of the old one credited. Why does the final price differ from the listed price? Listed prices exclude VAT, and discounts or upgrade credit can lower the first payment. Can I get a refund? Ask within 7 days of any purchase and Innologica Ltd refunds the full price. Can I use my subscription on multiple platforms? Your plan belongs to your account and works on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. Why is my paid subscription not showing? The plan belongs to the account you paid with: check it before contacting support. How can I update my payment method? Edit payment method in Billing and usage changes the card or PayPal for web renewals. How do I use a promo code or coupon? Both go in the discount code field of the Pro checkout or the Upgrade page, then Apply. How does the Pro trial work? Free accounts get Pro for 14 days with no card, once, and return to Free at the end.
